CLAIMS

With U.S. Pro-Movers we strive to do our best to have our client's household goods loaded, transported, and unloaded safely without any damages, scratches, or breakage. Unfortunately, damages may happen when moving occurs. In the event of a damaged item or of property please send an email to claims@uspro-movers.com. Please ensure there are pictures of the item that the claim is being filed on, first and last name, phone number, email, and invoice number. If applicable please provide receipt, make, model, retail price of item being claimed in the email sent to our claims department.  Please avoid throwing away any office or household items that is under investigation with our claims department. During settlement U.S. Pro-Movers may be able to have the items or goods repaired to original state. Please refer back to your signed moving contract with U.S. Pro-Movers for additional information on claims process and deadline for filing claims on your items/belongings.
